What is the availability of items on the site?
The items offered for sale on our e-shop are available. If you wish to order an item in large quantities, we invite you to contact our customer service by e-mail (contact form or via the following address: or telephone (+33 01 42 61 68 76).
Are the colours of the items on the site accurate?
Each item is photographed with a view to highlighting its quality and detail. The colours shown on the website are those of the item. However, colours may vary slightly from one computer screen to another.
How can I get help to place an order?
If you would like an advisor to help you with your order, please contact customer service by telephone or e-mail via our "Contact" section.

Will my order be gift wrapped?
The signature box Cap d'Arsène aqua blue is proposed in the configurator of gift boxes. Let the configurator guide you. 

Can I add a personal message to my order?
It is possible to include a message for the person who will receive the order. At the shopping cart stage, simply fill in the fields: Recipient's first name & Message for recipient.

Deliveries & Returns

What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are calculated once your items have been added to the shopping cart. Orders are usually shipped via Chronopost, Colissimo UPS or FedEx.

What are the delivery times?
Once we receive the order confirmation by e-mail, the delivery time for France is 2 to 3 working days if you choose the Express Shipping service, or 4 to 5 working days if you choose the Stan Standard Shipping service. These delivery times may be extended for customised products or during holiday periods.

Is my payment secure?
All transactions made on the website are secure.

With the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® is enhanced by the payment methods "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode". How to return or exchange an item purchased on the website
You have a period of 14 working days to return your article. You just have to send us a return request by email at the following address: The return costs are at your charge. The return must be accompanied by the completed return form, the original box and the item in good condition. Upon receipt, our teams will proceed to your wish (exchange or refund).

Conditions for returning personalised products: if you have ordered a personalised product, it will not be possible to return or exchange this item.
What are the deadlines for a refund?
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of your return.
